that basically it would be up to this small minority, given all the factors, including the social system, the monetary system, the various systems, the genetic composition (short life cycles) the history and the evolution imbalances etc. The 230 million dollar yachts, and the utter boredom a billion dollars would bring you, on a world where only a handful of billion dollar people exist, on a category zero world, of all worlds to exist on, with just 30 years left. Well it does not take a billion dollars to former a secret society, and there are many many more millionaires.
