On 19 February 1982 (Contact Report 162) Quetzal said: "But starting from the month of March, I have other winds to blow and must, indeed, separate the chaff from the grain, after which then, such unpleasant matters will no longer be officially addressed in our conversations or transmitted to you for the Contact Reports." What happened later was different. On 5 Mars 1982 (Contact Report 164) Quetzal talked about unpleasant matters concerning some core group members again (especially Ferdinand and Ingrid). This is a case of inconsistency comes from forgetting. It may or may not indicate something significant.

.............all future devices shall be designed by Asket and her people. I have not heard a report failure at all during Asket`s trek with Billy. :)
