This is a contact report that provides clear info about Billy and Kalliope's divorce, her exclusion from the CG49, and why it happened.

It was because she ... had deliberately struggled against each outside assistance and aspired to no change in her character or in her personality and, consequently, also did not admit the helpful impulses of Asket and her assistants.

I also remember from reading other contact reports that she was a husband-beater and a very jealous woman. If she was not open to change, I suppose that makes her selfish and perhaps stubborn. What were her other personality defects according to the contact reports, if any?

I think everyone has personality defects. It's just up to us to keep on working on them. And no I'm not a husband beater but admit I've been jealous on occasion.
